Flat Fees:

I would be happy to help you in the patent or trademark application process, the flat fees for my services are as listed below:

​

• Performing a prior search on a idea for a patent application (if done separately from drafting an application) – US$600.

 

• Drafting a US provisional or non-provisional application (includes prior art search) - US$7000 plus filing fees.

 

• Filing a US non-provisional application, based on a foreign application or a PCT application, with no changes - US$500 plus filing fees.

 

• Filing a PCT application, based on a foreign application or a US provisional application or non-provisional application, with no changes - US$500 plus filing fees.

 

• Drafting a US design patent application - US$800 plus drawing fees (if necessary) plus filing fees.

 

• Responding to a US utility patent office action, including a call with the patent examiner - US$2000 plus any filing fees.

 

• Responding to a US design patent office action, including a call with the patent examiner - US$700 plus any filing fees.

 

• Drafting a trademark application - US$750 plus filing fees.

 

• Responding to a trademark office action - US$400 plus any filing fees.

 

• Editing an application that someone else wrote - US$400 per hour

 

• Filing an issue fee form and fee address form - US$250 plus filing fees

 

• Consulting over the phone or in person - US$500 per hour

 

• We also will consider accepting equity instead of cash for our legal fees, but not for filing fees.

• Alternatively, we can charge $500 per hour instead of the above flat fees.
