I would be happy to help you in the patent or trademark application process, the flat fees for my services are as listed below:

• Writing and filing a US trademark application – US$700 plus USPTO filing fees ($350 per class)

• Writing and filing a response to a US trademark office action, including a call with the trademark examiner - US$500 plus any USPTO filing fees.

 

• Performing a prior art search on an idea for a patent application (if done separately from drafting an application) – US$500.

• Drawing fees for each professional or technical drawing - typically $US50.

 

• Writing and filing a US provisional or non-provisional utility application (includes prior art search) - US$9,000 plus drawing fees (if necessary) plus USPTO filing fees.

• Writing and filing a US design patent application - US$900 plus drawing fees (if necessary) plus USPTO filing fees.

• Writing and filing a US plant patent application - US$1,200 plus drawing fees (if necessary) plus USPTO filing fees.

 

• Filing a US non-provisional utility patent application based on a foreign application or based on a US provisional utility application - US$750 plus USPTO filing fees.

• Filing a US national stage non-provisional utility patent application based on a foreign application or based on a PCT application - US$750 plus USPTO filing fees.

• Filing a PCT international stage utility patent application based on a foreign application or based on a US provisional or non-provisional utility application - US$750 plus USPTO filing fees.

 

• Writing and filing a response to a US utility patent office action, including a call with the patent examiner, where a foreign attorney has already written the response - US$700 plus any USPTO filing fees.

• Writing and filing a response to a US design patent office action, including a call with the patent examiner, where a foreign attorney has already written the response - US$400 plus any USPTO filing fees.

• Writing and filing a response to a US plant patent office action, including a call with the patent examiner, where a foreign attorney has already written the response - US$400 plus any USPTO filing fees.

 

• Writing and filing a response to a US utility patent office action, including a call with the patent examiner, where the response is not just a terminal disclaimer - US$2,000 plus any USPTO filing fees.

• Writing and filing a response to a US utility patent office action, where the response is just a terminal disclaimer - US$250 plus any USPTO filing fees.

• Writing and filing a response to a US design patent office action, including a call with the patent examiner - US$700 plus any USPTO filing fees.

• Writing and filing a response to a US plant patent office action, including a call with the patent examiner - US$700 plus any USPTO filing fees.

 

• Writing and filing a RCE (request for continued examination) - US$2,100 plus USPTO filing fees.

• Writing and filing a Continuation-in-part - US$4,000 plus USPTO filing fees.

 

• Resolving deficiencies in applications, such as responding to notices of non-compliance - US$300 plus any USPTO filing fees.

• Writing and filing a petition – US$300 plus USPTO filing fees

• Editing an application that someone else wrote - US$300 per hour

• Filing an issue fee form and fee address form - US$300 plus USPTO filing fees

• Consulting over the phone or in person - US$500 per hour

• Mailing the physical issued patent - US$30 plus USPS postage

 

• Alternatively, we can charge US$500 per hour instead of the above flat fees
